Daniel Tropp founded AEBOV Industrial Real Estate Brokerage in 2020 to hone in on his passion for industrial real estate and offer new solutions to valued clients. Prior to founding AEBOV, Daniel had the privilege of working for some of New York City’s most influential owners and alongside some of the industry’s brightest brokers while leading teams at Avison Young and Ariel Property Advisors. To date, Daniel and his colleagues have closed several cannabis transactions and continue to represent cannabis operators in NJ and NY to facilitate their property acquisitions.   Daniel's podcast, "AEBOV Grade", shares discussions with industry leaders on all facets of industrial real estate. Additionally, Daniel hosts a webinar series highlighting the overlap of cannabis with industrial real estate. Daniel also frequently speaks at industry events in order to advocate for the cannabis industry by educating the commercial real estate sector on cannabis real estate issues.   Daniel is currently a member of IOREBA and CHNANY. He contributes regular columns to the Commercial Observer and has also been quoted in the NY Times, Real Deal, NY YIMBY, Real Estate Weekly, MAREJ, Connect Media, BISNOW, and more.
