CNBC's Fast Money Guy Adami sees a downside trend in Moody's (NYSE: MCO) stock price. The credit rating agency is first in line to get hit with Senator Christopher Dodd's version of the financial regulatory reform bill.

Guy Adami thinks that MCO made a series of lower highs and lower lows and is keen on selling the stock. MCO fell today 3.33% and closed at $23.78.

Joe Terranova added that business model of rating agencies looks broken now.

McGraw-Hill (NYSE: MHP) is another credit agency that could lose from this bill. MHP fell 1.88% today.
