Corn futures are steady to lower on Tuesday. September Corn is trading at 371 1/2, down 1 1/2 of a cent and December Corn is trading at 382, down 1 1/2 of a cent. Market talk about crop conditions is making the rounds. This week's crop condition report showed 70% was rated good to excellent versus 69% last week and 75% a year ago.
