Around 12:50 p.m. ET, news hit the tape that CEO Jonathan Steinberg acquired 43,386 shares at average price of $8.97, via a form 4 release. Within eight minutes, the issue rallied to $9.52 before finding willing sellers. That high comes in just ahead of the pair of highs from March 2 ($9.57) and March 3 ($9.55). Its March 2 close is in that area as well, as it ended that session at $9.63.
At this time, the stock is looking to extend its three-day winning streak, which has taken the issue from its March 10 close ($8.98) to its current level.
