Ultra Beauty Makes New All-Time High, Retreats

Ultra Beauty Inc ULTA shares are trading lower by $3.90 at $274.25 in Monday's session.

With no relevant news out on the issue, it blasted to a new all-time high off the opening bell ($281.17), surpassing its former all-time high that was made in August at $278.63. On Friday, the former high was challenged when it reached $278.34 and posted a new all-time closing high at $278.15.

The unexplained rally to a new all-time high attracted some profit-takers into the issue. Perhaps some investors prefer to lighten up their long ahead of company's Q4 report after the close on Thursday.

So far, the ensuing decline has taken the issue to $273.49 and is now struggling to re-enter the $275.00 handle. The current low comes in between its February 28 low ($272.52) and its March 1 low ($274.46).
