Walt Disney Co DIS shares are trading higher by $0.36 at $98.76 in Wednesday's session. At this time, investors are shrugging of the death of a 2-year-old after being attacked by an alligator at a Disney World resort beach.
The news did instigate a lower open, but its opening so far has held as the low for the day. The ensuing rally took the issue beyond Tuesday's high ($98.55), but stalled at $99. That high coincides with Monday's high of $98.98.
