Panera Bread Co (NASDAQ: PNRA) shares are trading higher by $3 at $202.46 in Tuesday's session. It has added nearly $20 since its Q4 earnings beat was announced after the close on February 9.

After gaining over $9 the following day, it paused on Thursday before making a new all-time on Friday at $200.

In today's session, it sustained only a $0.30 pullback off its high to $200.20 before resuming its rally. So far, it has reached $203.79 before falling back to the $203 area.
