Big Lots Crushed For Second Day In A Row

Big Lots, Inc. (NYSE: BIG) shares are trading lower by $3.10 at $39.64 in Friday's session. The stock also saw a drop in Thursday's session of $2.42 ($45.16 to $42.74).

However, today's rout can be attributed to its Q3 miss of a penny on inline revenues. After a slightly lower open, it found resistance near the lower-end of Thursday's range ($42.50), reaching $42.48 before continuing its decline.

So far, it has reached $39.07 and rebounded back into the mid $38 handle. The current low is just above its low for the year at $38.65.
