Spark Therapeutics Inc ONCE spiked to $77.40 in premarket trading.
All time high made in March at $79.50.
Catalyst being a pivotal Phase 3 trial of SPK-RPE65 for genetic blinding conditions.
Last week traded as low as $38.48 before ending the week at $43,93.
Following a rally to $66 off the open, profits takers have come in.
Currently, trading higher by $10 at $53.93.
