Jim Cramer Says This Stock Is 'Very Inexpensive, But At The Same Time, I Don't Like Office Real Estate'

On CNBC’s "Mad Money Lightning Round," Jim Cramer said Paramount Group, Inc. PGRE is "very inexpensive, but at the same time, I don’t like office real estate. So, I am torn on it."

When asked about Uranium Energy Corp. UEC, he said, "There are no consistent brands right now in this country for nuclear power. It has too many enemies."

The "Mad Money" host said Extreme Networks, Inc. EXTR is a "very good networking company," adding that the stock is up in a straight line and is too high. "Let it cool off a little, and then you can do some buying," Cramer said.

NVIDIA Corporation NVDA just had some nice bounce, but Cramer said its inventory buildup "goes through and is done and is flushed by the first weeks of January, and will be in better shape."

Cramer said Barrick Gold Corporation GOLD has "got a good yield, but the problem is, is that the dollar’s got to get weaker. And in that case, if the chart is good, you can be a buyer."

Price Action: Shares of Paramount Group fell 2.7% to $6.11, while Uranium Energy gained 1.4% to close at $3.73 on Friday. Extreme Networks shares rose 0.7%, while NVIDIA and Barrick Gold fell 1.5% and 0.6%, respectively.
