ORCL shares gained 6.85% to $24.49 at 9.40 am on Tuesday. Former Hewlett-Packard Co
HPQ CEO, Mark Hurd will be replacing Chuck Phillips.
Oracle shares have lost 5.64% over the past month and moved down 5.99% so far this year.
