New Long Setups To Watch

Google Inc. GOOG broke out from a small ascending triangle pattern and closed at the highest since January. From here, I see a high probability for continuation of this momentum throughout this week towards the 650-670 range, which is the next resistance area.

Nanosphere, Inc. NSPH had a big day on Tuesday, jumping 26 cents, or 20%, on 1.09 million shares. That was the second biggest volume in about three months. If it gets through the high, which is at about $1.75, this stock could explode into the stratosphere.

Oclaro, Inc. OCLR recovered nicely today and can potentially set-up very well for a swing-trade if the stock breaks through the resistance level at $53.32. Technical indicators are becoming more favorable with MACD and RSI starting to turn up. There could be good upside in this trade, so watch OCLR closely this week.

uesday was perfect Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ALXN because it set a new all time high on big volume coming out of a consolidation. This is the perfect set-up for buying stocks. I'll be watching the stock tomorrow, looking for a follow through move. As long as the stock stay above $70, the bullish scenario still intact. Technical chart shows very strong bullish sign. First of all the stock is trading above both 50-day and 200-day moving average with both moving average pointing upwards. Then the MACD indicator is rising above "0" also indicating a buy. In addition, KD line still show the stock is on the positive swing.
