Who doesn't love saving money? Whether it is saving a few bucks at the pump from low oil prices, making use of coupons and promotions at stores or buying generic and store branded food items that more often than not taste similar to name brands and are cheaper, savings create a plethora of positive feelings.

"You're just going to pay a fee for some things," quoted Martin Lynch, director of education for Cambridge Credit Counseling, as saying. "But comparison shopping for cards in the first place is good idea. Before you enter into a card agreement, you have to know what the fees are."
