It faces competition from providers of traditional offline education, training and test preparation services, and expects to face increasing competition from existing competitors and new market entrants in the online professional education and test preparation market. The Company is subject to the reporting obligations under the U.S. securities laws. The Company's PRC affiliated entities, Beijing Champion, Caikaowang and Champion Wangge, are subject to laws and regulations governing the formation and conduct of domestic PRC companies.
