The Company competes mainly with local and regional sports bars and national casual dining and quick casual establishments, and to a lesser extent with quick service restaurants such as wing-based take-out concepts. The Company is subject to licensing and regulation by state and local departments relating to the service of alcoholic beverages, health, sanitation, and fire and safety standards.
