<li>No dose limiting toxicities have been observed in the Phase 1 to date and further dose escalation is planned to explore the full range of Gd-IgA1 reductions possible with BHV-1400.</li>

Biohaven Highlights Phase 1 Data For BHV-1400 In IgA Nephropathy With 70% Reduction In Target Antibody. Advances Include BHV-1600 For PPCM And BHV-1300 For Graves' Disease. Multiple Trials Set For 2025

Consumer robot maker iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IRBT#NASDAQ">IRBT</a>) shares are trading lower after the company revealed preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0001159167/000115916725000002/irbt-20250113.htm" rel="noreferrer noopener">ending December 28, 2024</a>.
Based on preliminary financial results,&nbsp;the company projects a revenue of approximately $171 million (consensus $187.84 million), alongside an expected GAAP operating loss of $59 million and a non-GAAP operating loss of $47 million.
iRobot had previously expected fourth-quarter revenue to be $175 million &#8211; $200 million with a GAAP operating loss of $43 million – $34 million and a non-GAAP <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/41768381">operating loss of $31 million – $22 million.</a>
&#8220;Our preliminary results reflect higher-than-anticipated seasonal promotional spending to stimulate sell-through prior to our 2025 new product launches,&#8221;&nbsp;said CEO Gary Cohen.
In addition, iRobot faced a $8 million non-recurring charge related to the write-off of excess component inventory and losses from non-cancelable purchase commitments.
These factors contributed to the company&#8217;s operating loss and affected its gross margin in the fourth quarter.
Despite the challenges, Cohen emphasized that the company is undergoing significant transformations in its product development process, which is expected to improve long-term financial performance.
He also highlighted the company&#8217;s efforts to streamline operations while investing in growth areas that will drive future success.
As of the close of FY24, iRobot anticipates holding $134 million in cash and equivalents, exceeding its internal forecasts.
Looking ahead, iRobot is optimistic about returning to year-over-year revenue growth in 2025 as it rolls out new and improved products.
The company predicts that the second half of 2025 will outperform the first, with stronger sales driven by an expanded product line. However, the first quarter of 2025 is expected to reflect ongoing transitions in its product offerings.
With reduced product costs and quicker development cycles, iRobot expects improved margins and profitability as the year progresses.

At first, he didn&#8217;t comprehend or value the gutsy move made by one of his senior executives. In fact, he even pushed back against it.
However, as Ramsey tells it, the results proved him wrong in the best way possible.

Ramsey describes this time in his business as one of growth and chaos.

At this point, Ramsey admits his approach to leadership was more reactive than strategic, as they were just &#8220;leaving the cave, killing something and dragging it back home. That's how we operated."&nbsp;
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Bold Move That Sparked Change</h2>
One of Ramsey's top executives approached him with an idea that seemed completely foreign to his hands-on, scrappy <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/12/42714233/ive-got-a-phd-in-d-u-m-b-dave-ramsey-reveals-how-he-built-his-300-million-business">leadership style</a>.
"She came to me and said, ‘Hey, you're going to see an expense item hit my P&amp;L and I don't want you to freak out. I hired a guy to come in and run a StratOp for us.'"
Ramsey's reaction was, &#8220;Okay, there's a whole lot of things in that sentence I don't like. You hired someone from the outside to show us how to run a business that's already successful? That's money wasted.&#8221; He was unsure what a StratOp is, too.
His executive explained that a StratOp was a strategic operations planning meeting, but Ramsey wasn't convinced.
So he asked her why they didn't just work. If they had worked instead of coming up with things like StratOp and giving other people the money, they wouldn't have to worry about any of this.

But his executive held her ground, arguing for the value of strategic planning. Ramsey reluctantly let her proceed and what happened next changed everything. The StratOp session brought clarity to the chaos and dramatically increased revenue and productivity over the next six months.
"They came out of that thing and our stinking productivity and revenue went through the roof," Ramsey admits. His executive's response was, "Na na na na na! I love it when you're wrong and you get more money."

Ramsey's key takeaway from this experience is simple but powerful: businesses thrive with a clear plan.
"You've got to sit down and make an effective, detailed strategic plan," he explains. Following three years of demand contraction, weak housing turnover and margin compression, RH (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/RH#NYSE">RH</a>) appears to be "in the early stages of a positive inflection," according to Morgan Stanley.
The RH Analyst: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/5805d2b0846faa000106aac0/simeon-gutman">Analyst Simeon Gutman</a> upgraded the rating for RH from Equal-Weight to Overweight, while raising the price target from $435 to $530.
The RH Thesis: Although the path was challenging for most of 2023 and 2024, it is turning "decisively positive" into 2025 and investor focus should turn to the company's long-term fundamentals, Gutman said in the upgrade note.

These should "unlock pent-up demand" through 2025, he added.
The macro environment is improving, "with reversion ending, a positive wealth effect for upper income households, and the election behind us," Gutman wrote. "Tariff risk is mitigated, as RH has largely moved sourcing away from China and exposure to Mexico is also in transition," he further stated.

What To Know: Lantheus Holdings announced the acquisition of Life Molecular Imaging Ltd. in a deal valued at up to $750 million, including $350 million upfront and up to $400 million in milestone payments. 
The company says the acquisition expands Lantheus' presence in Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnostics with Neuraceq, an F-18 radioactive diagnostic agent for PET imaging of β-amyloid plaque in cognitively impaired patients.
Lantheus says Life Molecular brings advanced R&amp;D capabilities, international infrastructure and a strong commercial presence, enabling Lantheus to enhance its diagnostic and therapeutic offerings.

The top five remained the same as in 2023 but lost some share to Huawei Technologies, Honor, and Motorola. China targets expanding&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/global/25/01/42790373/apple-iphones-lose-ground-in-china-as-subsidies-boost-huawei-domestic-rivals" rel="noreferrer noopener">government-supported consumption</a> subsidies to include smartphones and other electronics, which will likely benefit domestic brands like&nbsp;Huawei and&nbsp;Xiaomi.
While generative AI-capable smartphones remain limited to the premium segment, Counterpoint expects them to become a norm for mid-range devices. By 2028, Counterpoint expects nine out of ten smartphones priced above $250 to be Generative AI-capable.
In 2025, Counterpoint expects revenue growth to continue to outpace volume growth, with revenues growing 8%, compared to 4%.

Apple's iPhone Market Share Declines in China, Huawei and Xiaomi Gain Momentum in 2024: Counterpoint

Amid the devastating <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/01/42927868/10-dead-9000-structures-damaged-in-los-angeles-wildfires-the-latest">Los Angeles wildfires</a>, spurred on by a windstorm last week, one analyst picked a real estate stock to watch.
The Real Estate Analyst: Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Goldfarb released a note on Sunday, pegging office REIT Douglas Emmett Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DEI#NYSE">DEI</a>) as a possible long-term beneficiary of rebuilding efforts. The analyst upgraded Douglas Emmett to an Overweight rating, maintaining its price target of $20.

The analyst noted that office space could be seen as an unusual pick, but noted the excess of working professionals in Los Angeles in need of office space.
&#8220;While office doesn&#8217;t immediately come to mind, we believe the rebuilding effort will boost demand from those involved plus replacement for space damaged,&#8221; Goldfarb said. &#8220;Given LA&#8217;s notorious expensive real estate market, the needs from lawyers, insurance companies, banks, architects and other rebuilding related fields, etc., likely exceed the space these entities already occupy.&#8221;
Goldfarb says that apartment real estate could be subject to &#8220;regulatory fallout&#8221; with government-imposed rent fees.
