SentinelOne Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/S#NYSE">S</a>) reported better-than-expected third-quarter sales <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/S/earnings">results on Wednesday</a>.
SentinelOne reported third-quarter revenue of $210.65 million, beating the consensus estimate of $209.72 million, according to Benzinga Pro.
SentinelOne expects fourth-quarter revenue of $222 million versus estimates of $220.77 million. The company expects full-year 2025 revenue of $818 million versus estimates of $815.92 million.

SentinelOne Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/S#NYSE">S</a>) shares are trading lower Thursday on the heels of the company&#8217;s third-quarter financial results. What Happened: SentinelOne said third-quarter revenue increased 28% year-over-year to $210.65 million, beating the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/earnings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus estimate</a>&nbsp;of $209.72 million, according to&nbsp;<a href="https://benzinga.grsm.io/gxjhpowx7zks" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Benzinga Pro</a>.
Annualized recurring revenue&nbsp;increased 29% to $859.7 million as of Oct. 31. Customers with ARR of $100,000 or more grew 24% to 1,310 in the quarter. The company ended the quarter with $1.1 billion in cash, cash equivalents and investments.

Following the company&#8217;s quarterly results, Needham analyst Matt Dezort reiterated SentinelOne with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings">Buy rating</a> and maintained a price target of&nbsp;$32. Guggenheim analyst John Difucci also reiterated a Buy and maintained a price target of&nbsp;$31.
SentinelOne on Thursday announced that its Singularity Cloud Security solution won the best overall cloud and application security offering in CRN&#8217;s 2024 Products of the Year.

Waymo is setting its sights on its next location: the Sunshine State.
The <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/GOOGL/">Alphabet</a>-owned company announced Thursday that it will be hitting the roads in Miami. Waymo said it will first begin cruising through the Florida city with human safety drivers in 2025 before opening doors to riders for its robotaxi service through its Waymo One app in 2026.

The expansion into Miami is indicative of Waymo's growing confidence in operating its self-driving vehicles in harsher weather conditions in large metropolitan areas in the U.S.
Waymo first tested in Miami in 2019, which the company said helped improve the ability of its self-driving vehicles to navigate in wet and rainy conditions.
"We deepened our learning and understanding of the Waymo Driver's performance in adverse weather conditions," a company spokesperson said.
Waymo will use what it learned when it returns to the city with its all-electric Jaguar I-PACEs next year.
The company said its initial territory in Florida will include some parts of Miami's larger metropolitan area, which has a population of more than 6 million people.

Waymo has been rapidly expanding its operations over the last year thanks to additional funding.
In November, the company <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/11/12/waymo-opens-robotaxi-service-to-anyone-in-los-angeles.html">announced</a> it was removing its waitlist of about 300,000 people in Los Angeles, so anyone would be able to use Waymo One to hail a self-driving robotaxi throughout the nearly 80 square miles of Los Angeles County. The company's ride-hailing service also operates citywide in Phoenix and San Francisco.
And in September, Waymo <a href="https://waymo.com/blog/2024/09/waymo-and-uber-expand-partnership/">announced</a> a partnership with <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/UBER/">Uber</a> in Austin and Atlanta. Through that deal, Uber riders will be able to access Waymo's robotaxis through the Uber app starting in early 2025, and Uber will be responsible for fleet management and operations of the Waymo vehicles, including maintenance and infrastructure, such as vehicle charging, cleaning and repairs.&nbsp;
Additionally, Waymo on Thursday announced that it will partner with mobility company<a href="https://www.moove.io/"> Moove</a> to manage its fleet operations, facilities and charging infrastructure in both Miami and Phoenix. Moove will begin managing Waymo's Phoenix fleet in early 2025, a Waymo spokesperson said.&nbsp;
Waymo closed a <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/10/25/alphabets-self-driving-unit-waymo-closes-5point6-billion-funding-round.html">$5.6 billion funding round</a> in October to expand its robotaxi service across the U.S. The autonomous vehicle venture's parent company, Alphabet, which also owns Google, led the funding round alongside earlier backers, including Andreessen Horowitz, Fidelity, Perry Creek, Silver Lake, Tiger Global and T. Rowe Price.
The robotaxi company said it now sees more than 150,000 paid rides per week via the Waymo One app across San Francisco, Phoenix and Los Angeles.&nbsp;
Waymo is the only autonomous vehicle developer that currently operates a commercial robotaxi service in several major metro areas across the U.S., but competitors are looming.&nbsp;
GM-owned Cruise is working on bringing its autonomous vehicles back into use on public roads after discontinuing its services following an accident where one of its self-driving cars injured a pedestrian in San Francisco.&nbsp;
Tesla, meanwhile, showed off design concepts for a self-driving Cybercab and Robovan at an event in October. However, Tesla still classifies the Autopilot and Full Self-Driving software in its vehicles as "partially automated driving systems," which require a human to be ready to steer or brake at all times. In an <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/10/23/tesla-tsla-q3-2024-earnings-report.html">October earnings call</a>, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said the company will launch a self-driving ride-hailing service in California and Texas as early as 2025.
SoftBank-funded Wayve is testing its autonomous vehicles in San Francisco, and <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/AMZN/">Amazon</a>-owned Zoox is also testing its self-driving cars, which do not feature steering wheels, in several U.S. cities.

Netflix Stock Reaches New All-Time High This Week: What's Driving The Surge?

What Happened: Bitdeer said it mined 150 bitcoin in November, down from 403 bitcoin mined in the same period last year.

PVH Corp.&nbsp;(NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PVH#NYSE">PVH</a>) shares are trading lower after the company reported&nbsp;third-quarter&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/12/b42329586/pvh-corp-reports-2024-third-quarter-revenue-and-earnings-above-guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">results and provided soft guidance</a>.
Sales came in at&nbsp;$2.255 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.220 billion.
Revenue in the company&#8217;s international businesses was flat year over year and down 2% on a constant currency basis.
Growth in the Asia Pacific region in local currency was offset by a strategic reduction in sales in Europe, aimed at driving higher-quality sales in the region.
In North America, revenue from the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands decreased by 6% year over year, partly due to a shift in wholesale shipments from the fourth quarter to the third quarter of the prior year.
Direct-to-consumer revenue was flat Y/Y (-1% Y/Y in constant currency).
Owned store revenue increased 1% year over year, while digital commerce revenue decreased 1% year over year (-3% year over year in constant currency), impacted by the strategic sales reduction in Europe.
Wholesale revenue declined 8% year over year (-9% year over year in constant currency), with a 4% year-over-year drop from the sale of the Heritage Brands women&#8217;s intimates business and the rest due to the reduction in Europe sales and North American shipment timing.
Gross margin improved by 170 basis points year over year to 58.4%, led by a favorable shift in channel mix and reduced sales to lower-margin wholesale accounts.
Adjusted EPS of $3.03&nbsp;per share, which beat the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">analyst consensus estimate of&nbsp;$2.59</a>.
Stefan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer, said, "Throughout the quarter, we drove powerful consumer engagement for both Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, and continued to build momentum in product, with significantly improved sell-throughs for the Fall 24 season across all regions and both our iconic brands, and we are coming into the holiday season with a fresh and strong inventory composition."
Buyback: Under the PVH+ Plan, the company repurchased shares worth $29 million in the third quarter of 2024, bringing total repurchases for the first nine months to 2.4 million shares for $254 million.
The company expects to repurchase around $400 million in common stock for 2024.
Outlook:&nbsp;PVH expects&nbsp;fourth-quarter&nbsp;revenue to decrease by&nbsp;6%&nbsp;to&nbsp;7%&nbsp;and sees adjusted EPS of $3.05 to<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener"> $3.20 vs. estimate of $3.71</a>.
The company reaffirmed the fiscal year 2024 revenue decrease of&nbsp;6%&nbsp;to&nbsp;7%&nbsp;and revised adjusted EPS to&nbsp;$11.55-$11.70 (from&nbsp;$11.55-$11.80)<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/40589325" rel="noreferrer noopener"> versus the estimate of&nbsp;$11.73</a>.

Calvin Klein Parent PVH Falls As Q3 Beats Are Derailed By Soft Guidance

On Thursday, Southwest Airlines Company (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LUV#NYSE">LUV</a>) shares traded higher after the company announced it will launch a $750 million stock buyback <a target="_blank" href="https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/92380/000009238024000174/luv-20241205.htm" rel="noreferrer noopener">program</a> in the first quarter of 2025. The move follows the $250 million accelerated share repurchase launched in October 2024.
After this, $1.5 billion will remain under its $2.5 billion repurchase program, authorized in September 2024.
Outlook: The company revised its fourth-quarter guidance, now expecting RASM to increase by 5.5% to 7.0% (vs. 3.5%- 5.5% prior) and economic fuel costs per gallon to be $2.35 to $2.45 <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/10/41516441/southwest-airlines-beats-q3-street-expectations-secures-agreement-with-elliott-management-driven-bo" rel="noreferrer noopener">(vs. $2.25 to $2.35 earlier)</a>.
The company expects unit revenues to rise 5.5%-7.0% YoY, with capacity down ~4%. This improvement is driven by robust travel demand and benefits from tactical initiatives, including network optimization, capacity adjustments, enhanced marketing, and advanced revenue management.
Strong holiday bookings and improved revenue trends bolster confidence in its &#8220;Southwest. Even Better.&#8221; plan, set to extend momentum into 2025.
Meanwhile, it still projects ASMs down ~4% and CASM-X up <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">11% to 13% in the quarter</a>.
The company is also advancing its fleet strategy, targeting an initial transaction by early 2025, including aircraft sales and sale-leasebacks, to optimize fleet value.
Southwest continues to plan for approximately 20 Boeing (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BA#NYSE">BA</a>) 737-8 aircraft deliveries and now expects 40 aircraft retirements in 2024, comprised of 36 Boeing 737-700s and four Boeing 737-800s.
In October, the company reported&nbsp;a third-quarter 2024&nbsp;operating revenue increase of 5.3% year-over-year to $6.870 billion, beating the consensus of $6.735 billion. Adjusted EPS was $0.11, down from $0.31 last year, beating&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">the consensus $0.00</a>.

Li Auto <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/12/01/li-auto-xpeng-november-surge-chinas-luxury-ev/">delivered 41,030 units</a>, breaking its monthly sales record for the eighth consecutive month. Li Xiang, CEO of Li Auto, stated the company achieved its full-year delivery target ahead of time and is aiming for a 50,000 monthly delivery target in December to meet growing market demand.



The Beijing-based company&rsquo;s success is attributed to its upscale SUVs, including the L7, L8 and L9, priced above RMB 300,000 (US $42,000). This pricing strategy positions Li Auto as a strong competitor to Tesla (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/tsla-stock-quote/">TSLA</a>) given the robust demand for its new models.



Li Auto reported Q3 2023 revenue of $4.61 billion, up 271.6% year-over-year (YOY). Obtaining an extra 10% interest is possible through an additional payment and share issuance to M3M.



As of Dec. 6, 2023, NILIF&nbsp;stock traded at 37 cents per share, indicating an upward trend since inception over the past year. So while NILIF isn&rsquo;t directly an electric vehicle company, if demand for <a href="https://investorplace.com/industries/energy/renewable-energy/battery/lithium/">lithium stocks</a> picks up, this is a stock with big upside potential in an adjacent industry.



<h2>Nikola (NKLA)</h2>

Nikola (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/nkla-stock-quote/">NKLA</a>) is certainly among the higher-risk, more speculative names on this list. Indeed, seeing how hard the stock has been hit since its peak, this is a company many investors have clearly lost faith in. That said, I think there are reasons why this could be one of the speculative EV stocks to at least consider adding to your watch list. 



In September, Nikola CEO Steve Girsky reported successful tests of fuel cell trucks <a href="https://seekingalpha.com/article/4635055-nikola-corporation-nkla-hosts-ceo-fireside-chat-and-q-webcast-steve-girsky-conference">covering 900 miles daily</a>, showcasing the vehicle&rsquo;s zero-emission capability. Girsky anticipates an announcement of deals to sell a substantial number of these trucks by year-end, supported by over 210 non-binding orders. These vehicles could gain popularity in California due to state rebates for companies with small fleets.



NKLA stock also rose approximately 10% on Nov. 2 following the company&rsquo;s Q3 earnings report. In August, Nikola recalled all 209 Class 8 Tre battery-electric trucks due to fire risks from leaked coolant in the battery packs. The recent report revealed an expected <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2023/11/02/nikola-nkla-q3-2023-earnings-.html">$61.8 million cost for recall</a>, battery repair and re-engineering.



Despite the recall, Nikola recently received an order from a dealer for 47 battery-electric trucks. The company aims to resume deliveries in Q1 2024. The hydrogen-fuel truck garnered 277 non-binding orders. With growing demand, Nikola&rsquo;s stock has the potential for significant upside making it another intriguing option for investors looking for EV stocks to buy for the next five years.

Li Auto (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/li-stock-quote/">LI</a>) stands out amid EV makers cutting production targets, thriving despite inflation and low demand. 



In Q3, it achieved a remarkable $4.75 billion in revenue. This is up 271% year over year (YOY), with a net income of $385.5 million. Delivering <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nio-xpeng-xpev-li-auto-114600310.html#:~:text=Li%20Auto%20delivered%2036%2C060%20vehicles,Auto's%20cumulative%20deliveries%20reached%20244%2C225.">105,108 vehicles</a>, a 296% YOY increase, Li Auto aims for 125,000 to 128,000 deliveries in Q4. In fact, it has already delivered 81,452 cars in the last two months.



And, on a social networking site, Li Auto&rsquo;s Chairman and CEO Li Xiang <a href="http://www.aastocks.com/en/stocks/news/aafn-con/now.1312259/latest-news">addressed</a> market concerns about marketing costs. He asserts that LI AUTO has the lowest such rates among all Chinese car brands. Li claimed that the only company globally with a lower rate is Tesla (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/tsla-stock-quote/">TSLA</a>).



In other recent LI news, Li Xiang claimed LI has the lowest marketing expense ratio among Chinese automakers. This sparked online discussions. Also, NIO executive Ma Lin shared details on Li Auto&rsquo;s Douyin platform advertising expenses. Ma Lin emphasizes the importance of research and development costs and cost-effectiveness. So, this places Li Auto in a brighter light.



<h2>Nio (NIO)</h2>

Details whether or not Nio received a manufacturing license were not provided. 



Further, this move addresses uncertainties linked to Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group&rsquo;s plans to sell assets from the factories producing Nio EVs. This is a situation Nio previously stated wouldn&rsquo;t impact its future production activities



Also, Nio witnessed a substantial 59.8% increase in vehicle deliveries to 16,074 in October. Acknowledging the need to address losses, the company opted to trim its workforce by 10%. This targets labor cost reductions, a critical fixed expense. Nio remains a promising investment, emphasizing automation and AI-automated robots to cut labor costs further. These aim for a <a href="https://www.scmp.com/business/china-business/article/3242863/chinese-ev-maker-nio-sees-ai-robots-replacing-30-cent-workforce-2027-improve-efficiency-cut-costs">1/3 reduction</a> in workforce by 2027.



Finally, NIO demonstrates strength where Tesla faced challenges. Deliveries increased by 12.6% YOY, totaling 15,959 vehicles. In fact, NIO is notably <a href="https://stockanalysis.com/stocks/nio/statistics/">more cost-effective</a> than TSLA. With a P/S ratio of 1.90 compared to TSLA&rsquo;s 7.91, it has a market cap of $12.72 billion versus TSLA&rsquo;s $759.22 billion. Despite being unprofitable, NIO&rsquo;s robust sales growth suggests potential as a better value pick for investors seeking optimized risk-adjusted returns.



<h2>Surge Battery Metals (NILIF)</h2>
