By comparison, delivery-at-home timing for the 15, 15Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max across the regions he tracked averaged 2, 5, 22, and 41 days in week one a year ago.
However, the analyst said the mix continues to favor Pro models, particularly the Pro Max, with lead times already extended relative to base and Plus models.
The analyst noted that in the U.S., the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus lead times were zero days each, while the Pro and Pro Max lead times were 6 and 20 days, respectively. Relative to in-store availability, all iPhone 16, Plus, and Pro models can be picked up on Sept. 20, while most variants of the 16 Pro Max are unavailable in-store.
The trends were similar across all the regions Chatterjee tracked. That&#8217;s not including China, where the difference in lead times for Base models versus Pro models is less vast than in the other areas.
In China, the lead times for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus were 18 and six days, respectively. The lead times for the Pro and Pro Max were 23 days each. Relative to in-store, all iPhone 16 and 16 Plus models can be picked up around the availability date. In contrast, only a select few Pro models are available for pickup, and no Pro Max models are available.

Homebuilder stocks are <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/top-stories/24/08/40637013/homebuyers-turn-screws-on-builders-as-mortgage-rates-are-telegraphed-to-fall">on the rise </a>as the Federal Reserve is expected to cut rates later this week, mortgage rates are on the decline and Democratic presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, proposes a homeownership plan that involves building three million new homes.
The Fed is expected to lower its key interest rate by either <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/24/09/40878710/investors-bet-on-50-basis-point-rate-cut-wall-street-analysts-urge-caution-this-is-">25 or 50 basis points </a>when it meets on Wednesday after holding back on doing so at its last meeting in July.
Mortgage rates have fallen to their lowest in <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/24/09/40817001/mortgage-rates-fall-to-lowest-level-since-february-2023">more than 18 months</a>, according to the&nbsp;Mortgage Bankers Association&nbsp;(MBA). 
The average contract interest rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with conforming loan balances ($766,550 or less) decreased to 6.29 percent from 6.43 percent, marking several consecutive weeks of declining rates.
If elected president in November, Harris plans to launch a $25,000 credit for first-time homebuyers on buying a new home and an initiative to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/previews/24/08/40447261/toll-brothers-q3-earnings-preview-will-kamala-harris-3-million-homes-plan-boost-homebuilde">build three million new homes </a>in four years.
Truist Securities has raised its rating on Builders First Source, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BLDR#NYSE">BLDR</a>) from Hold to Buy and its price target from $165 to $220.

Analyst Keith Hughes noted reduced mortgage rates and lower lumber prices in the short term and, in the long term, an upswing in multifamily housing construction and Builders&#8217; ability to offer value-added products and digital offerings due to its large size.
Also, many homeowners who locked in rates as low as 3% and 4% over the past two years are holding onto their homes instead of selling, increasing demand for new homes.
&#8220;Given the continued limited inventory, we believe this will continue for several more years with new homes taking an even greater share of the market,&#8221; he wrote in a note on Monday. &#8220;This is a notable catalyst for home builders and their suppliers such as BLDR.&#8221;
Price Action: Homebuilders have seen gains and losses into Monday&#8217;s early trading but have risen significantly over the past week.

<li>M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MHO#NYSE">MHO</a>) declined 0.1% to $166.32 on Monday but has risen 5.6% since Tuesday.</li>

Each investor will have around one month across three separate contests to generate the highest profits from a starting balance of $100,000 in a simulated trading account.
Contestants in the World Championship of Trading will have access to Benzinga's Live Squawk product.
Investors will also gain exposure to TradeZero's newly patented short selling tools.
"Our patented locate functionality and locator platforms gives our traders the ability to what we call mark for credit," TradeZero CEO&nbsp;Daniel Pipitone&nbsp;told Benzinga.
This technology can give investors an edge and is a key differentiator for TradeZero, Pipitone said, adding he is "very proud of the product and the platform."

The TradeZero founder said he's really pumped up for the trading contest with Benzinga.

Contest Rules:&nbsp;The contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older.
Traders will be able to buy simulated equities and options from U.S. markets during the contest periods starting with a balance of $100,000. No fractional shares will be allowed. Traders have to hold a minimum of one stock or option throughout the duration of the contest. A minimum of five days of one trade or more have to be completed throughout each contest.

For the secondary endpoint of change in CDC Height Z-score, children treated with TransCon CNP (n=55) demonstrated an LS mean change from baseline CDC Height Z-score of 0.15 compared to -0.15 in the placebo arm.
In the total trial population, treatment with TransCon CNP resulted in numerical improvements in health-related quality of life compared to placebo as measured in several Achondroplasia Child Experience Measure (ACEM) domains.
TransCon CNP continues to show a safety profile comparable to placebo and was generally well-tolerated, with generally mild treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs), no evidence of hypotensive effect, and a low frequency of injection site reactions, all mild.
Ascendis plans to submit an FDA marketing application for TransCon CNP for achondroplasia during the first quarter of 2025 and a European application during the third quarter of 2025.

Zuckerberg's year started in sixth place, but he recently overtook luxury magnate Arnault to briefly claim third place, only to slip back again. However, with his wealth climbing, the Meta chief might soon return to the top three.

Musk was worth just $164 billion in April, and Bezos wasn't far ahead of Zuckerberg in January, highlighting how fast fortunes can change in the tech world.&nbsp;
Interestingly, philanthropy could also play a role. Musk and Bezos have yet to make any large donations this year. Still, if they were to follow Warren Buffett&#8217;s example – who has given away over half his Berkshire Hathaway stock – Zuckerberg could find himself at the top of the list. &#8220;That's how Buffett kept himself from being the richest person alive,&#8221; a financial expert pointed out.

Facebook, which he founded in 2004 at the age of 19, is now part of Meta, the seventh-largest public company in the world. Meta is valued at $1.3 trillion, overtaking even long-standing giants like Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway and Musk's Tesla.
Zuckerberg's wealth, however, hasn't been on a smooth upward trajectory. Between September 2021 and November 2022, Meta's stock plummeted by over 75%, bringing Zuckerberg's fortune down to a modest $35 billion. Investors grew wary of his massive bets on the metaverse and the broader tech stock sell-off.
