The European cannabis market is one of the most rapidly expanding markets globally.Prohibition Partners revealed in its latest report on cannabis in Europe that the combined market size of all CBD categories surpassed €2 billion ($2.2 billion) in 2023. The bail hearing of Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan, who faces <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/04/38311403/binance-to-re-enter-india-after-2m-penalty-pledges-compliance">money laundering charges</a> in Nigeria, has been delayed yet again.
What Happened: Gambaryan, a U.S. national, was scheduled to apply for conditional release Thursday next week, DL News <a href="https://www.dlnews.com/articles/regulation/binance-exec-bail-hearing-in-nigeria-postponed-again/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=organic_social&amp;utm_campaign=">reported</a>. However, due to administrative errors, the hearing was postponed, and Gambaryan was sent back to his cell until Monday at the earliest.
Gambaryan has refuted allegations of involvement in a $35 million money laundering operation, a charge brought forward by Nigeria&#8217;s anti-corruption body, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Justice Emeka Nwite deferred the bail hearing after the EFCC&#8217;s attorney requested additional time to respond to new documents submitted by Gambaryan&#8217;s legal team. The EFCC had earlier contested Gambaryan&#8217;s bail plea during the initial hearing on April 8.
The trial for Gambaryan is scheduled to start on May 2.

Despite being the sixth-richest person in the world with a net worth of $131 billion, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/personal-finance/24/04/38206367/warren-buffett-was-almost-kidnapped-and-held-for-100-000-ransom-in-the-1980s-since-then-he-spend">Warren Buffett</a> still drives his discontinued 2014 Cadillac XTS. Although he could afford any luxury car, from a Bugatti Centodieci to a McLaren F1, Buffett opts for the practical, 10-year-old car that he originally bought with hail damage.
Buffett sent his daughter Susie to buy a new car for him in 2014. She chose the Cadillac XTS to replace the 2006 Cadillac DTS that he had driven for eight years and racked up only 19,000 miles.&nbsp;

In a 2012 interview with Charlie Rose, Buffett shared a perspective that sheds light on his approach to possessions.
&#8220;I have every possession I want. I have a lot of friends who have a lot more possessions. But in some cases, I feel the possession possesses them, rather than the other way around,&#8221; he said.&nbsp;
