NEW YORK, May 4, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Cohen & Steers, Inc. CNS declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2023 in the amount of $0.57 per share of common stock payable on May 25, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2023.
