Greenberg Traurig, LLP shareholders will participate in the Biennial International Bar Association Latin American Regional Forum Conference taking place in Cartagena, Colombia, March 22 to 24.

The firm's Latin America Practice will host a business brunch in Cartagena March 22 to celebrate the Biennial International Bar Association Latin American Regional Forum Conference.

Among the members of the firm's Latin America Practice attending the conference, three shareholders will participate on panels March 23 at the Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias.

Yosbel A. Ibarra, co-managing shareholder of the firm's Miami office, will lead a Networking Breakfast and Plenary Session on "Mentoring programs: What works, what doesn't and why they are a must for breaking the glass ceiling" at 8-9:30 a.m.

Marina Olman-Pal, Miami Corporate shareholder, will participate in a panel covering "From blockchain to crypto: there and back again" at 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Antonio Peña, Corporate shareholder and co-chair of the firm's Latin America Practice, will be part of a panel discussing "Venture capital investments in Legal Tech and the technology industry" at 4 to 5:30 p.m.

The conference will bring together more than 700 delegates who provide legal services for clients doing business in Latin America. The participants will cover a broad array of legal issues that are current top priorities, ranging from the challenges of data protection and innovation, technology and the rule of law to emerging legal issues in the metaverse and how new tech tools are reshaping legal services.
