Window World Announces New Leadership for Louisville Stores

Family of Executives Combine Skills to Run Two Locations

Window World, America's largest replacement window and remodeling company, announced new leadership for its Elizabethtown and Louisville locations. Window World of Elizabethtown and Window World of Kentuckiana will be owned by husband-and-wife team Tom and Lillian Fawbush and their children Tom Fawbush, Jr. and Sarah Waskey.

Louisville natives, Tom and Lillian Fawbush joined the Window World team 17 years ago as the owner-operators of a franchise in South Central Indiana. Prior to joining the company, Tom worked as a sales and design consultant, while Lillian held the position of vice president of human resources for Citi.

Their son, Tom Jr., brings 33 years of media experience to the business as the vice president of Word Media Group, director of a media brokering agency Spectrum Solutions, and broadcast consultant. At Word Media Group, he manages four television stations nationally, two locally and and five radio stations in Louisville. His sister, Sarah, will use her 22 years of accounting expertise to oversee both stores' finances. She is the COO and CFO for Strothman and Company, one of Louisville's premier accounting firms. In addition to their other roles, Sarah and Tom Jr. are real estate investors in the Louisville area. All four co-owners are thrilled to combine their accounting, franchising, sales, and media skills to serve the Elizabethtown and Louisville communities.

One of the first changes to the Louisville location is a name change. Window World of Louisville will now be Window World of Kentuckiana. "We serve such a wide region and why not start the new era with the new name," said Tom Fawbush, Jr.
