WHAT: The California Poor People's Campaign, with the support of the Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, will march and rally in Los Angeles in the lead-up to their March on Washington on June 18th, to demand that this nation adopt policies that lift from the bottom.

WHEN: Monday, May 16, 2022, 5:00 p.m. PT

WHERE: Los Angeles City Hall, 200 N Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90012

WHO: The California PPC and the PPC:NCMR, with co-chairs Bishop William J. Barber II and Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis, alongside local unions and faith organizations and testifiers from Arizona, Oregon and Washington. Spanish speakers will participate.

The PPC:NCMR has picked up the unfinished work of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many others who, in 1968, called for a "revolution of values" in America.
