SAN MATEO, Calif. (April 21, 2022) –  Wristcam, the first and only camera system for Apple Watch, today announces the addition of three creative powerhouses to its Board and leadership team.

Joining the company will be:

  • Susan Paley, the former CEO of Beats by Dr. Dre and veteran in the consumer electronics space as a member of Wristcam's Board of Directors

  • Jeremy Davis, a 20-year brand-building veteran, as Wristcam's creative director

  • Nikias Molina, a respected Apple and tech/lifestyle reviewer as a marketing lead

The new members of Wristcam's team will bring fresh perspectives as creators to expand Wristcam's reach among the millions of active Apple Watch users who want to capture their experiences while staying in the moment. Wristcam's IoT vision engine allows the capture of high-quality photos and videos without a phone to create memorable content whenever opportunities arise.

“We've seen an immense amount of interest in wearable camera technologies from people who want to experience, record, and share life's fleeting moments,” said Wristcam CEO Ari Roisman. “We're thrilled to have these incredible individuals join Wristcam on our mission to unlock new opportunities for wearable and IoT camera technology. They each bring an immense amount of experience to the table that will help us continue to innovate and unleash a seamless and non-invasive experience for millions of people around the world.”

Susan Paley joins Wristcam's Board of Directors following a high-impact career as a leader in the development of multimedia technologies. In addition to her role as the initial CEO of Beats by Dr. Dre, where she built the company into the world's leading consumer audio brand, Paley serves as a strategic advisor to some of the world's most impactful consumer brands including General Motors on its in-vehicle entertainment, Exos the global leader in human performance and at home-fitness pioneer Liteboxer. Paley is currently CEO of DropLabs, which is developing immersive music and gaming experiences for the Metaverse. Paley's unmatched breadth and depth of experience in content creation is an incredible asset for Wristcam as it establishes itself as the leading wearable technology platform for the next generation of creators.

“The best content is the kind that feels entirely natural and authentic, which can be difficult to achieve when you're reliant on technology that inserts itself into the experience,” said Paley. “Wristcam's wearable cameras allow creators to untether themselves from their phones and focus on the content itself. It's a technology that is going to be the bedrock for an entirely new paradigm of content creation that doesn't sacrifice the high-quality production values we've come to expect from our favorite creators.”

Jeremy Davis joins Wristcam as a Creative Director and brings more than two decades of experience as an artistic director and will leverage his background at companies like Pearpop, FitBit, Comcast, Code & Theory, and Western Digital in addition to his experiences working with Justin Bieber and The Daily Beast to further elevate Wristcam's brand identity. Davis will be working closely with the product team to streamline the user interface for Wristcam's watch and mobile apps while supercharging Wristcam's visual identity.

Nikias Molina is a celebrated YouTube creator whose videos blend technology and travel together to showcase the latest tech trends while giving his followers a look into his action-packed lifestyle. His in-depth commentary on the latest Apple products and accessories—including Wristcam—have made him the go-to resource for millions of people around the world who want a refined take on the future of consumer tech. Nikias joins Wristcam as its marketing lead and social creator in residence, where he will work with the company's marketing team to craft compelling content that highlights Wristcam's unrivaled features with his characteristic charm and wit.

The addition of these great minds to Wristcam's leadership team will help the company continue to push the boundaries of wearable technology and open new frontiers for artistic expression.
