A technology leader with decades of global leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Nichols' appointment to the Board will bring extensive knowledge in clinical trial management technology to support and accelerate Avallano's entry into the life sciences market.

Nichols has led Calyx as CEO since its separation from Parexel, where he served as the Executive Vice President of Informatics and Information Technology. Prior to joining Parexel, Nichols held various global leadership roles in technology, leading strategic and innovative transformations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Most notably, his experience includes 11 years with Quintiles (now IQVIA), where he served as Vice President, Data/Analytics/Innovation IT and was instrumental in the creation of its Infosario technology suite.
