On January 5, 2022, Castlight announced that it had entered into an agreement to merge with Vera in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $307 million. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Castlight stockholders will receive $2.05 in cash for each share of Castlight Class A or Class B common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2022.
