Presented by the Chicago Athenaeum and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, the GOOD DESIGN® Awards honor the leading and best contemporary designs manufactured in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America. The 48-Inch All Gas Range and 18-Inch Freezer Column were selected by a jury of international specialists and design experts, and recognized among 1,100 of the best new products and graphic designs from over 49 nations.

The Hestan 48-Inch All Gas Range offers the most powerful sealed gas burner available to the home—the award-winning CircuFlame™ burner, which provides 30,000 BTUs of high-performance cooking power. The surrounding four burners allow for significant turndown capability, reaching as high as 23,000 BTUs (front burners), and as low as 500 BTUs for the perfect simmer. The 12-inch commercial-grade stainless steel gas griddle utilizes an infrared burner and a thermostat for precise temperature control and retention. The high-performance oven features exclusive PureVection™ technology, which controls multiple heating convection systems, to optimize baking, broiling, roasting and convection baking. The distinctly angled oven door, commercial grade end caps and Marquise Accented™ handle and control panel feature are ergonomically designed for ease of opening the counterbalanced gentle-close door. Available in Hestan's 12 signature colors and finishes, the 48-Inch All Gas Range combines exceptional performance, including the fastest time-to-boil, with singular design.

The Hestan 18-Inch Freezer Column delivers dynamic food storage and flexibility with thoughtful design. EvenFlow Air Circulating Technology™ provides uniform and precise temperature control, with independent ventilation for each compartment, and creates an air curtain to prevent cold air from escaping when the door opens. An insulated variable speed compressor maintains precision temperature control with minimal vibration, which allows for quieter operation, reduces overall running time, creates efficiency and better temperature control. Antimicrobial EverCrisp™ drawers prevent growth of microorganisms and cross-contamination with bead-blasted stainless steel. The innovative FreshSelect™ feature allows you to transform your freezer into any one of three independent electronically controlled cooling zones: the classic refrigerator zone (34°F to 46°F), the extend fresh refrigerator zone to preserve fresh food longer (28°F to 36°F), and the freezer zone (-11°F to 9°F). The 18" freezer column is available in Hestan's 12 signature color and finish options, including a custom overlay option.
