They exhibit extraordinary professional success relatively early in their insurance and financial services careers.

This year's recipients will be honored at NAIFA's National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., on December 6.

"The talented insurance and financial professionals who are Advisor Today's 2021 Four Under Forty award winners represent the new generation of agents and advisors ensuring the success of our industry and financial prosperity of American families and small businesses for decades to come," said NAIFA CEO Kevin Mayeux. They provide excellent examples of how hard work, dedication, and the support of a strong professional association can bring success."

Cal Anderson, CFP, CLU

Anderson, 36, began his career in insurance and financial services with MassMutual in 2008. His desire to develop into a comprehensive financial planner motivated him to join an independent agency in 2014, where he used his insurance specialty while developing his investment philosophy and comprehensive planning skills. He purchased the agency in 2016 and now is Vice President and Financial Advisor with Financial Network Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, in Alpharetta, GA. In recent years, his solo practice has thrived with steadily increasing clients, assets, and revenue.

Anderson has been a loyal NAIFA member since 2008 and credits networking opportunities available through the association with providing him strategies and practice management. He is a multi-year qualifier for the NAIFA Quality Award in the Insurance and Financial Advising categories.

Joanna Dellosa, LUTCF, FSS, RICP, LACP, CLU

Dellosa, 35, began her career in insurance and financial services in 2008 after being recruited during a job fair while she was in college at Cal Poly Pomona. After early struggles to find the right clients during the Great Recession, she shifted gears and accepted an internship with Wiltshire Group Financial Services. During this time she gained a strong appreciation for identifying the proper products for the right clients. With experience, she developed a passion for estate and advanced planning.

Today, Dellosa is thriving as a General Agent at Wiltshire Group (American National). "Joanna has flourished and is loved by her clients because of her ability to provide sound planning with her product designs, professionalism, patience, and attitude," said Alabel Lavares, CLU, LUTCF, FSS, RICP, LTCP, LACP, Principal at Wiltshire Group Financial Services, who nominated her as a Four Under 40 recipient. Dellosa has also emerged as an industry leader, serving as a Board member and Past President for NAIFA-Los Angeles.

Rebecca Schulter, LUTCF

During her seven years at UCL Financial Group, Schulter, 39, has brought innovative ideas that have helped to modernize the venerable 100-year-old firm. These contributions, as well as her stellar production, have led to her being named a Partner at the firm. She has also been recognized by her primary carrier company, Ameritas, with her selection to the President's Club, Growth Leaders Group, and Field Advisory Cabinet. She serves on Ameritas field task forces on marketing, communications, and technology.

Schulter has been a very active NAIFA member and served in numerous leadership roles, including NAIFA Young Advisor Team (YAT) Chair, Board member, and President-Elect for NAIFA-Memphis/West Tennessee. She is also the YAT Chair for NAIFA-TN and will become the state chapter Secretary in 2022. At the national level, Schulter has served on the YAT Committee for five years and is Regional Vice-Chair for the national Grassroots Committee.
