The contest itself identifies industry leaders across a multitude of over 60 categories within the state of New Jersey. Industry categories include general business, finance, education, staffing, health care, hospitality & entertainment, philanthropy and corporate development, professional services, and real estate. Splendor's ranking was awarded within the professional services category.

With nearly 22 years in business, Splendor's team has honed its service offerings, capabilities, and categories served. Over the last 3 years specifically, Owner & CEO, Adam Taylor, has added several employees to the team, including long time New York agency veterans Chris Brignola (ECD), Jay Sharfstein (ECD), and Alexandra Venier (Director of Project Management) to help manage existing accounts, elevate the creative offering and secure new business.
