Lonnie Hendry has played an integral role in shaping Trepp's product and client advisory initiatives since joining the firm in July 2019 as vice president of commercial real estate product management. With a professional history that spans 18 years, Hendry is responsible for researching, validating, and improving new product capabilities to drive client value. Hendry successfully led the firm's commercial real estate assessment and valuation initiatives. He was recently promoted to Head of Trepp's Advisory Services, where he leads a team in assisting clients with custom analysis and insights.

Separately, Hendry serves as an instructor at Texas Tech University and as an adjunct real estate professor at Tarrant County College, teaching real estate appraisal and investment courses.
