Despite Covid-19, Patriot Software LLC Grows 51% This Year

Despite an economic downturn, Patriot reports a 51% increase in hiring, going from 98 employees in March 2020 to 148 employees as of October 2020 in nine states across the country.

Patriot hired 50 new employees to keep up with a growing retail customer base and an influx of accountants using the software for their clients, accelerate product development, and break into new fields. The growth allows Patriot to enhance its accounting and payroll products and add additional innovative features, making the software faster and saving customers' time.

The company has several development teams working on all aspects of the accounting and payroll software, as well as the human resources and time and attendance software add-ons. Recently, the company also developed innovative machine learning to further automate tedious accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliation, for small business owners and their accountants.
