FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 13, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fort-Worth-based Studios at TCN (home office of The Country Network) recognized the challenges their corporate customers and music artists were facing to stage live events during the Covid-19 crisis, and as a result evolved its technology capabilities and processes to deliver digital live streaming solutions to better serve them.

Studios at TCN, and its production arm Panther Island Productions, have always provided full-service video production to corporate and advertising agency clients in its 43,000 square-foot studio facility in Fort Worth, Texas. But recently the company began refocusing its business on providing live streaming services, and additional offerings including cost-effective HD video podcasts, to help organizations survive during a difficult time. With large-scale corporate and entertainment events no longer able to take place in person because of Covid-19 restrictions across the globe, many have now taken these efforts online, prompting Studios at TCN to shift much of its resources and team's efforts to provide streamed events for its corporate clients.

Offering everything from corporate webcasting and social media streaming to hybrid live/online events, Studios at TCN aims to facilitate high-quality live streaming events that enhance audience engagement, strengthen corporate team communication, build brand awareness, and increase attendance at future events. These services allow brands across the U.S. to safely conduct virtual events including awards meetings and sales conferences, training sessions, and unique gatherings like online auctions, music performances, and charity fundraising drives.

Services include pre-event consultation and planning, live stream testing, bandwidth solutions, event registration services, scripting, recording and full editing and production services when needed. Streaming is available via many platforms, including all major social channels, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, GotoWebinar®, and client websites, even simultaneously when required.

A key component of the streaming event production service is that Studios at TCN offers a 4K-capable, fully digital studio that can output content in 4K, with the ability to hand off files of the live-stream event to clients to use on their social media channels and websites later. The 4K studio technology also directly connects The Country Network studios in both Fort Worth and Nashville, making live productions with feeds from both locations possible. Multiple locations and speakers can be digitally patched into live streaming events as well, allowing increased audience engagement and interactive impact.

"This year has created a necessity to change how events are produced and attended, and live streaming can play a vital role in keeping employees and customers engaged and informed about company developments," said Tim Eaton, CEO of TCN and Panther Island Productions. "To be successful, virtual events must be safe, reliable, and of the highest production quality to better resonate with the audience, and our team has the expertise and technology to bring them to life."

For complete safety during a time when the world is still dealing with the reality of Covid-19, streamed live events are produced with social-distancing practices and sanitization in place at TCN's 43,000 square-foot studio facility in Fort Worth, Texas; spread out across multiple studios. This allows plenty of room for clients and guests to stay 6 feet apart.

A few representative live streaming events include:

  • Studios at TCN held a virtual charity auction in the studio in September and the organization had the most successful auction in their history due to supporters sending in funds live in record numbers, and commenting on the professional look and TV-production quality of the event. "We have found the Studios at TCN gives us an opportunity to continue the auction business our clients desire," said Keith Pressley, Owner/Auctioneer at Pressley Auction Services, Inc.
  • During the first week of October, TCN is hosted and aired a large automotive financial services company-wide meeting. Executives made their speeches to employees across the country thru Go to Webinar, using TCN's studios and technology.
  • Studios at TCN also hosted an international album launch for BMG/Broken Bow recording artist Lindsay Ell. She reached 190 label executives, buyers and journalists in Europe from The Country Network's Nashville studio where Lindsay answered questions from Europe, and performed songs live. The client was happy with the international exposure and said they will bring more artists to the table, with the Nashville Studio location of TCN.
  • In May, Studios at TCN, in Fort Worth and Nashville, live streamed the Texas Country Artist Happy Hour MusicThon, to raise money for Texas artists hurt by the pandemic, as well as frontline caregivers and local-area food banks. The line-up featured live performances from more than 20 Texas country artists and was hosted by Native Texan and Comedian William Lee Martin.
