SAN DIEGO, Oct. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company WDFC today announced that its board of directors declared on Monday, October 5, 2020 a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, payable October 30, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2020.
