HOUSTON, July 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Salient Midstream & MLP Fund (the "Fund") SMM provided today a summary of unaudited statement of assets and liabilities and announced Net Asset Value (NAV) as of June 30, 2020.
On June 30, 2020, the Fund's total assets were $129.8 million and the NAV per share was $5.52. On June 30, 2020, the closing share price of the Fund was $4.13, which was trading at a 25.2% discount to the NAV.1 The Fund's NAV and market price total returns for the month of June were -4.0% and -8.6%, respectively, compared to -3.0% for the Alerian Midstream Energy Select Index (AMEI).2
