Singaporean electronics price aggregator and service platform XimpleThings has been in the consumer electronics market since 2018. Recently, the leadership at XimpleThings has made a brand refresh to Ximple, with a newly-designed logo. Ximple’s price comparator will show you the latest prices across top retailers in the market. Compare prices, get product reviews, and find out where to buy the best products at the lowest prices. You can even create a wish list to get price alerts on your favourite products.

When things break down, there’s no need to search for that warranty card. You will even receive notifications when your item is nearing warranty expiry.

For companies, no need to sort through heaps of folders and databases, or even filing cabinets when you manage your customers’ product warranties.

Traction has increased even more with the release of Ximple’s ver 3.0 mobile app – giving consumers and retailers a more intuitive, user-centric UI for an enhanced UX.

TTG found that incorporating Ximple into their value proposition helped Yeelight grow and accelerate its market presence and brand equity to become a renowned smart lighting brand. 

Powered by Ximple, Yeelight now has an innovative all-in-one solution for data analytics, customer relationship, and warranty management in Singapore and Malaysia.

Following the success of Yeelight, TTG has also onboarded Dr. Bei, an electronic toothbrush brand, onto the Ximple Platform. Building on its model, Ximple has also kickstarted a user acquisition campaign in selected Mi Stores in Singapore.

The recent updates to Ximple’s mobile app has enabled users to sell their items, both new and used, to other users. Moving forward, Ximple’s upcoming launch of the Xgreen initiative aims to bring novel ways to advocate the use of eco-friendly electronics.
