NEW YORK, June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group Inc. BRX announced today that its operating partnership, Brixmor Operating Partnership LP (the "Operating Partnership"), priced an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.050% Senior Notes due 2030 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued at 99.776% of par value with a coupon of 4.050%. Interest on the Notes is payable semi-annually on January 1 and July 1 of each year, commencing January 1, 2021.  The Notes will mature on July 1, 2030.  The offering is expected to close on June 10, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Operating Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include repaying outstanding indebtedness under the Company's $1.25 billion unsecured revolving credit facility or repurchasing or redeeming some or all of its outstanding 3.875% Senior Notes due 2022.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
