Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) CSVI announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share. The dividend is payable on June 25, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2020. The quarterly dividend represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.84 per share.

"CSI's dividend is supported by our solid growth in revenues, earnings and cash flow," stated CSI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Steven A. Powless.
