EB5AN and Klasko Law have collaborated to update EB5AN's Project Risk Assessment Tool to help EB-5 investors locate trustworthy projects following recent EB-5 rule changes.

NEW YORK (PRWEB) March 28, 2020

EB5 Affiliate Network (EB5AN), a leading EB-5 regional center and EB-5 service provider, has announced that it has updated its EB-5 Project Risk Assessment Tool for EB-5 investors to reflect the recent EB-5 rule changes enacted by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on November 21, 2019. The tool, developed in collaboration with Klasko Immigration Law Partners (Klasko Law), offers EB-5 investors valuable transparency and insight into the project diligence and reliability of potential EB-5 projects in an attempt to educate investors and enable them to identify fraudulent or poorly managed projects.

The Project Risk Assessment Tool helps investors gauge the legitimacy of potential EB-5 projects through a series of multiple-choice questions and provides a chart at the end to visually assess the reliability of the project examined. All the questions have been updated to reflect the new EB-5 rule changes.

The combination of the EB-5 financial and real estate development expertise of the EB5AN team and the EB-5 immigration law expertise of the team at Klasko Law has made for a reliable and user-friendly tool to help educate EB-5 investors and guide them toward making informed decisions about their investments.

The EB5AN executive team is confident the updated assessment tool will continue to provide needed assistance to EB-5 investors. "The previous Project Risk Assessment Tool helped countless investors select safe, reputable EB-5 projects that complied with all the regulations," said Sam Silverman, managing partner. "We are confident that the updated tool, completed in partnership with the experts at Klasko Law, will also help investors navigate the new rules introduced by USCIS last year."

"It was our pleasure to work with EB5AN in developing this rigorous new assessment tool," said Ron Klasko of Klasko Law. "Leveraging our extensive EB-5 immigration law expertise to help protect investors and enable investors to beproperly informed about the projects they are investing in were our primary objectives for this project, and I'm confident that the tool we've developed helps to accomplish those goals."
