Firan Technology Group Corporation ("FTG") Announces Delay in Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2019 Earnings Release and Conference Call

TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Firan Technology Group Corporation FTG has delayed the release of the full year and fourth quarter 2019 financial results, and will announce a new date as soon as it is firm.

The delay is required to allow the Corporation to finalize the impacts, if any, of applying IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers and related disclosures within the financial statements.

The Corporation will host a live conference call following the release of results.
