Toronto, Ontario – Feb 28, 2020 – LuLu Lotus, a children’s book author, is the most interesting author people have ever seen. LuLu was born in Baghdad and immigrated to Canada in 1995. She is a single mother of two boys, born ten months apart. Recently, she launched a book titled “Kiss or Cook” and “Free or Force.” These are children’s books that aim to educate kids on how to become compassionate towards animals.
The author discovered the motivation to write children’s books during a rough time in her life. She had escaped from an abusive husband with her toddler and baby. Finding safety in a women’s shelter where the concept of writing books for kids first shined. Children at the shelter were curious about her sons eating habits so she thought she could educate them through books about veganism. LuLu Lotus found out that there were very minimal vegan-friendly books available for kids. Thus, she was motivated to start writing and drawing. She worked on the book after she put her two little angels to bed for the night.
“Kiss or Cook” is an inspiring book that teaches kids that animals are friends – not food. “Free or Force” is the second book in her children’s book series that focuses on animals used for entertainment. The two books are composed of bright drawings, engaging text, and characters with big sparkly eyes.
Apart from writing children’s stories, Lotus is also a content creator. Her LuLu Lotus YouTube account has lots of informative content that her viewers find interesting. Meanwhile, her LuLu Lotus Instagram is loaded with amazing posts, showing how she made a recycled rock wall out of 5000 plastic bags, split tongue tricks, using period blood as a plant fertilizer, and so much more.
Her two books are now available on Amazon and Chapters Indigo. The inspiring and motivating author has more surprises for her supporters in store on her social media pages, such as giveaways, updates, and new creative ideas.
