AES Announces 5% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of The AES Corporation AES approved an increase of 5% in the Company's quarterly common stock dividend, from $0.1365 per share to $0.1433 per share, beginning in the first quarter of 2020.

The Company's first quarter 2020 common stock dividend of $0.1433 per share is payable on February 14, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2020.
