17a-4 has released SharePoint Online DataParser in Beta. The new module supports collection of SharePoint data from Office 365.

MILLBROOK, N.Y. (PRWEB) November 06, 2019

17a-4, LLC, a software and services company enabling regulated clients to comply with SEC and FINRA requirements, has released a new DataParser module for SharePoint Online. DataParser is a leading compliance solution to collect, format and deliver third-party data to a compliance archive. Microsoft SharePoint Online in Office 365 empowers people to share and work together, to inform and engage others across the company, and to harness collective knowledge. The new SharePoint Online DataParser is now available in a Beta version for testing. Sites, sub-sites, lists, libraries, discussion boards, blogs and wikis are all collected. Users can bring all their SharePoint Online data into compliance just as with Teams, Yammer, Skype Online, Cisco Jabber, Symphony, Slack, Thomson Reuters Eikon Messenger, Bloomberg and all DataParser supported data sources.

"We are continuing to add Office 365 products to our DataParser suite as they are being widely adopted by our clients. We are focused on developing compliant solutions for users to communicate and collaborate using the very latest systems and features" said Charles Weeden, Managing Partner of 17a-4.

DataParser has no impact on the collected data source networks. End users' activities are not disrupted by the DataParser's processes and compliance officers do not have to make changes to eDiscovery procedures. All major archiving technologies, both in-house and out-sourced, are supported allowing clients to leverage resources and keep compliance costs to a minimum. VMs are supported, including AWS and Azure. Message delivery options include the ability to send via SMTP directly into an archive, to a file location or a mailbox in Exchange or Office 365. Multiple configurations are supported for more complex environments.

Clients on 17a-4's Beta waitlist are now being contacted to schedule testing. For more information or to join the SharePoint Online DataParser beta testing contact 17a-4.
