MEDFORD, N.Y., Nov. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. CEMI, a leading point-of-care diagnostics company focused on infectious diseases, today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Orangelife Comercio e Industria Ltda., a Brazilian manufacturer and distributor of point-of-care diagnostics tests for infectious diseases.
