Morneau Shepell Declares September 2019 Cash Dividend

TORONTO, Sept. 18, 2019 /CNW/ - MSI Morneau Shepell Inc. ("MSI") announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of September 2019, to be paid on October 15, 2019 to holders of record of shares of MSI on September 30, 2019.

MSI designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
