Healthier Choices Management Corp Announces October Launch of its Next Generation Q-Cup Concentrates Device

HOLLYWOOD, FL, Sept. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Healthier Choices Management Corp. HCMC today announced the October launch of the Q-Unit, a U.S. Patented device made specifically for vaping concentrates. The Q-Unit, which boasts a mechanism that prevents the concentrates from coming in direct contact with the heating element, allows consumers to vape uncut pure extract from a pure quartz cup, with the convenience of an "on-the-go" device.

Unlike THC oil pens, which have come under public scrutiny as a result of recent severe lung illnesses and deaths, the Q-Unit is specifically designed to allow the consumer to vape pure extract, without the need for any cutting agents. Vitamin E acetate, a cutting agent which is generally accepted as benign in the forms of pill ingestion and topical application, is suspected of being causally related to the recent illnesses and deaths. 

Medical experts are saying that when used as a cutting agent, Vitamin E acetate vaporizes and is inhaled into the lungs along with the THC. However, when this substance cools, it turns into a grease-like substance, which is what may be causing the severe damage to the users' lungs.

"While there is much speculation right now as to the cause of the recent tragic illnesses and deaths linked to vaping THC, a major focus has been the addition of Vitamin E acetate to THC oils as a cutting agent/preservative.
