Ventas Named to Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for First Time

Retains #1 Position in GRESB rankings

Ventas, Inc., VTR has enhanced its sustainability leadership position with the announcement of its first time inclusion on the 2019 Dow Jones Sustainability™ World Index, and retaining its place on the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index. In addition, Ventas has maintained its #1 position among the four listed healthcare real estate participants in the GRESB real estate ESG (environment, social, governance) assessment for the third consecutive year.
