LYTS or the "Company"))) a leading U.S. based manufacturer of indoor/outdoor lighting and graphics solutions, today announced that it will release fourth quarter fiscal 2019 results before the market opens on Thursday, August 22, 2019. A conference call will be held that same day at 11:00 A.M. ET to review the Company's financial results, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer session.
