Graham Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

Graham Corporation GHM, a global business that designs, manufactures and sells critical equipment for the oil refining, petrochemical and defense industries, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share, reflecting a $0.01 increase. The annual dividend rate has accordingly been increased to $0.44 per share, from $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 21, 2019.
