ATLANTA, July 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Graphic Packaging Holding Company's GPK Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on October 5, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2019.
