Westbury Dealership To Award Local Veteran with New Jeep at Salute to Heroes Concert in September

WESTBURY, N.Y., July 23, 2019  Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram will be paying back one deserving veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces for his or her service with a brand-new 2019 Jeep Renegade 4x4 "Freedom Edition" at the Salute to Heroes Concert at the Amphitheater at Bald Hill in Farmingville in September. The award presentation will be the culmination of Westbury's 4th Annual Great American Jeep Giveaway contest.

"Now more than ever, we want to thank and recognize the brave people who have sacrificed for our freedom. The purpose of our contest is not only to give back to deserving veterans for their service, but also to bring awareness to veterans in need" said Keith Donnelly, General Manager of Westbury Jeep and VIP Auto Group Partner.

Westbury Jeep reached out to the local community via social media to submit nominations of New York State veterans in need throughout the summer. A special panel comprising dealership principals, prominent local business owners and media figures will be reviewing the nominations and will select finalists after nominations close on July 31st at 5pm. One finalist will be selected by the panel to receive the new Jeep – all expenses paid; the recipient will be announced during the concert.
